Equity, Debt and Private Placement Financings

First Canadian specializes in advising and assisting clients on investment opportunities that may involve equity and debt financings. Financings may involve real estate or other assets designed to generate operating revenue. We also offer clients the opportunity to sell illiquid assets to create new opportunities.

We have introduced a number of creative initiatives in recent years, including non-recourse financing for First Nations, resulting in processes that provide both faster transaction cycles and lower borrowing costs.

But don’t just take our word for it. Perhaps our clients say it better:

"First Canadian is an acknowledged leader in creating financing options for First Nation communities and businesses."

Mike Restoule, Chair
Robinson Huron Treaty Trust

"I want to extend a personal thank you for your advice and counsel in helping us navigate this historic deal. You've made me look good - thank you."

Matt Jamieson, President/CEO
Six Nations of the Grand River Development Corporation
